Other Events.

On January 19, 2012, BioCancell Therapeutics Inc. ("BioCancell") announced that the employment of its Vice President of Business Development, Dr. Doron Amit, will be terminated as of April 19, 2012, as part of an attempt to improve financial efficiency. Thereafter, Dr. Amit's roles will be carried out by other members of BioCancell's management.
