ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On February 27, 2012, eResearchTechnology, Inc. issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 and providing financial guidance for both the first quarter of and fiscal 2012.
