Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release on February 23, 2012 announcing its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
