(the “Company”) made available on its website its Financial Supplement for the year ended December 31, 2011.  This is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and is incorporated herein by reference.  Also, the Company updated information on its web site intended to answer questions about the Company’s investment portfolio.  The information is presented in a slide deck, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.  This slide deck may be used by the Company in various other presentations to investors, analysts and others.  Exhibit 99.2 speaks only as of December 31, 2011 and the Company undertakes no obligation to update this information.
