On February 23, 2012, CEC Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 1, 2012.

On February 21, 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the common stock of the Company. The cash dividend is payable on April 19, 2012 to stockholders of record as of March 22, 2012.
