Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 21, 2012, American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors has adopted resolutions approving a reverse stock split of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
