| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On February 16, 2012, Web.com Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing such results dated February 16, 2012 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
