On February 15, 2012, Geovic Mining Corp. (TSX:GMC, OTCBB:GVCM), on behalf of its 60.5%-owned subsidiary Geovic Cameroon PLC, announced progress with its Nkamouna cobalt-nickel-manganese Project in Cameroon, Africa. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
