Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 16, 2012, Ferro Corporation announced that it has formed a new joint venture in Suzhou, China to manufacture glass polishing materials. A copy of the press release announcing the joint venture is attached, hereto, as Exhibit 99.1.
