Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 9, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 ended December 31, 2011 and an update on the preliminary feasibility study for its Bear Lodge Project.
A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
