Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 14, 2012, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $.03 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 29, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
