Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 9, 2012, AMERCO held its investor call for the third quarter of fiscal year 2012. During the investor call, information regarding our results of operations and financial condition for the completed quarterly period ended December 31, 2011, were discussed.
