Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 4, 2012, Lifeloc Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its net sales results for its quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
