On February 10, 2012, Claire’s Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing selected preliminary unaudited fourth quarter and fiscal 2011 sales results. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
