Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 9, 2012, China Valves Technology, Inc., a Nevada Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the earnings of the quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
During a conference call scheduled to be held at 8:30 a.m. EDT on February 9, 2012, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Jianbao Wang and Chief Financial Officer Gang Wei will discuss the Company’s results for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
