On February 6, 2012, the Board of Directors of Journal Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) named Andre J. Fernandez as the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.  Previously, Mr. Fernandez held the title of Executive Vice President, Finance & Strategy and Chief Financial Officer.  Steven J. Smith will remain as the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  A copy of the Company’s press release describing these changes is filed as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
