Effective February 1, 2012, the Board of Directors of Columbia Banking System, Inc. (“Columbia”) appointed Michelle M. Lantow and S. Mae Fujita Numata to the Board and the Board of Directors of its banking subsidiary, Columbia State Bank. Board committee assignments for Ms. Lantow and Ms. Numata are pending.
