On January 30, 2012, Arcadia Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), was notified that director Peter M. Brusca, M.D. has resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately. Dr. Brusca’s resignation from the Board of Directors was for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Dr. Brusca served as a member of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees of the Board.
