Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
(a) On February 2, 2012, Transcend Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing its operating results and certain other related information for the three months and twelve months ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
