On January 26, 2012, we entered into an employment agreement with our president, Max Shevitz, pursuant to which we agreed to pay Mr. Shevitz an annual salary of $310,000.
On February 1, 2012, we entered into an employment agreement with our chief executive officer, Dr. David C. Collins, pursuant to which we agreed to pay Dr. Collins an annual salary of $350,000.
The employment agreements that we entered into with Mr. Shevitz and Dr. Collins provide that their employment with our company is at-will and can be terminated at any time with or without cause.
The employment agreements are attached as exhibits to this current report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
