Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 26, 2012, Old National Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, an increase from the $0.07 paid on December 15, 2011. The dividend is payable March 15, 2012, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2012. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is February 28, 2012.
Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a press release issued by Old National Bancorp announcing the dividend which is incorporated herein by reference pursuant to General Instruction F to Form 8-K.
