Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 25, 2012, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2012 ended December 30, 2011, and certain other financial information. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
