Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 25, 2012, Swift Transportation Company posted on its website a letter to its Stockholders discussing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the letter is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
