On January 13, 2012, Corrado DeGasperis, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) will do a presentation at the Dahlman Rose & Co. Emerging Miners CEO Conference. The presentation from this conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
