dELiA*s, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the 14th Annual ICR XChange Conference to be held at The Fountainbleau Miami Beach in Miami, Florida on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 2:25 pm Eastern Standard Time. Walter Killough, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, David Dick, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Dyan Jozwick, President, dELiA*s Brand will host the presentation on behalf of the Company. A copy of the slide presentation to be presented at the conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and can also be accessed by going to the Company’s website at www.deliasinc.com in the Company/Investor Relations section.
