ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On January 11, 2012, PVH Corp. issued a press release to update its previous guidance for earnings per share for the fourth quarter and year ending January 29, 2012 and to provide guidance for earnings per share for the year ending February 3, 2013. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
