Resignation of Lee Powell Stedman
On January 5, 2012, Lee Powell Stedman resigned, effective immediately, from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cornerstone Core Properties REIT, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Stedman resigned from the Board for personal reasons and his resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
