Other Events
|
On January 5, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, MutualBank, had converted effective January 1 from a federal savings bank to an Indiana commercial bank. In addition, it was announced that, upon the effectiveness of the conversion of MutualBank to a commercial bank, the Registrant became a bank holding. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
