IEC Announces Proxy Amendment

Newark, NY, December 30, 2011 -- IEC Electronics (NYSE Amex:IEC) announced that it filed an Amended Proxy Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission today.  The Amended Proxy Statement will be mailed to stockholders.
