On December 19, 2011, Ronny Halperin resigned, effective immediately, as Chief Financial Officer of Energy Telecom, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Halperin resigned for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. A copy of Mr. Halperin’s resignation letter is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
