Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 20, 2011, Stephen Clevett, the registrant’s Chief Operating Officer, notified the registrant that he will not extend the term of his employment beyond the December 31, 2011 expiration date. Thus, Mr. Clevett’s last day as our Chief Operating Officer will be December 31, 2011.
