(b) On December 19, 2011, the Boards of Directors of CommunityCorp (the “Company”) and its subsidiary, the Bank of Walterboro (the “Bank”), received written notification from W. Roger Crook that he is retiring as a director of the Company and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, effective December 31, 2011.
