(b) Resignation of Director
On December 15, 2011, Synageva BioPharma Corp. (the “Company”) received notice from Dr. Mark Goldberg that, pursuant to his recent employment as a member of the management team, he has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective immediately. Dr. Goldberg will continue to serve as a Senior Vice President of the Company.
