ITEM 1.01. ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
Studio One Media, Inc. has entered into an agreement with one of North America’s largest Film and Television production companies for the development of a television series based on its MyStudio HD Recording Studios.
