Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 19, 2011 we announced certain information concerning our year end reserves and production. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.A and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 19, 2011 we announced estimated proved oil and natural gas reserves of approximately 4.0 trillion cubic feet equivalent (Tcfe) as of December 31, 2011, which is an increase of approximately 18 percent from the 3.4 Tcfe reported as of December 31, 2010.
