Section 7 — Regulation FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 19, 2011, Aircastle Limited announced that an affiliate completed the purchase and leaseback of two MD-11 freighter aircraft with EVA Airways. Acquisition financing was provided by DVB Bank, SE as Structuring Agent and Co-Lead Arranger and Chinatrust Commercial Bank Co, Ltd as Co-Lead Arranger.
