Item 7.01.               Regulation FD Disclosure
 
Members of senior management of the Company will make a presentation during the Company’s 2011 Annual Investor Conference on Monday, December 5, 2011 (the “Investor Conference”).  At the Investor Conference, the Company will provide its earnings guidance for the year ending December 31, 2012 of FFO per share of $4.45 to $4.55, and net income per share of $0.84 to $0.94.    The Company also reconfirmed its earning guidance for the year ending December 31, 2011 of FFO per share of $4.75 to $4.80.  A copy of the presentation is available on our corporate website at www.slgreen.com under the “Investors — Calendar & Websites” section.
