     The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure. Mr. David Melcher, Chief Executive Officer and President of Exelis will present an overview of the Company at the 2011 Credit Suisse Aerospace & Defense Conference on December 1, 2011. Mr. Melcher will confirm revenue and margin forecasts, as previously provided at the Exelis Investor Day on October 14, 2011. A copy of the presentation is attached and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.1.
