Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 1, 2011, management of CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a presentation at the Bank of America Leveraged Finance Conference (the “Presentation”). During the Presentation management discussed its senior living investments and disclosed that most residents in the Company’s senior housing facilities are private pay, with government reimbursements typically accounting for less than one percent of total facility revenues. During the Presentation, management also provided historical data (“Historical Financial Information”) on real estate assets under management, including the Company’s ownership percentage of real estate assets in unconsolidated entities, and Adjusted EBITDA, which were not reported in previous filings.

Tabular presentations of Historical Financial Information on real estate assets under management and the reconciliation of net loss to Adjusted EBITDA are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
