Other Events.

On November 28, 2011, the Staff of the Fort Worth office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) notified Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) that the Staff has completed its investigation of the Partnership and does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the SEC. The investigation commenced in 2008 and was previously disclosed in the Partnership’s public filings.
