ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
Effective on November 23, 2011, the Board of Directors of American Exploration Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), accepted the resignations of Herb Dhaliwal and Manoham Minhas as members of the Board of Directors of the Company. Messrs. Dhaliwal and Minhas did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.Therefore, as of the date of this Current Report, the Board of Directors consists of Steve Harding.
