Item 8.01 — Other Events
On November 29, 2011 the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.021 per share on its common stock. This dividend will be payable on December 16, 2011 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on December 9, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
