Bacterin to Present at 4th Annual LD MICRO Conference on December 8, 2011

BELGRADE, MT, – November 22, 2011 – Bacterin International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE Amex: BONE), a leader in the development of revolutionary bone graft material and antimicrobial coatings for medical applications, has been invited to present at LD MICRO’s 4th Annual Conference on December 8, 2011. The conference will be held at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles.

Bacterin’s chairman and CEO, Guy Cook, is scheduled to present on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Pacific time, with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day. Management will discuss Bacterin’s recent quarterly results, as well as the company’s business plan and objectives for the remainder of 2011.

Bacterin reported record revenue of $7.5 million in the third quarter 2011, up 80% year-over-year. For 2012, management expects revenue of $53 million to $56 million.
