CROSSTEX TO PRESENT DECEMBER 1 AT
BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH 2011 CREDIT CONFERENCE
DALLAS, November 21, 2011 — Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX) (the Partnership) and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) (the Corporation) announced today that Barry E. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 Credit Conference in Orlando, FL at 7:30 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, December 1.
