Bar Harbor Bankshares issued a press release today announcing the promotion of three senior officers to the position of executive vice president: Michael W. Bonsey, Gregory W. Dalton and Stephen M. Leackfeldt. A copy of the Company’s press release is filed with this current report as an exhibit.
