ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
On November 18, 2011, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it has received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada to initiate the Company’s pharmacokinetic study of TNX-102, the Company’s drug formulation of cyclobenzaprine for the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome. A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
