Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 14, Laredo Oil, Inc. and Alleghany Capital Corporation agreed to extend the maturity dates of both the $250,000 Senior Promissory Note dated November 22, 2010 and the $100,000 Senior Promissory Note dated April 6, 2011 until December 31, 2013.
This foregoing description of the change of the terms of the Senior Promissory Notes does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by the terms and conditions of the Senior Promissory Notes attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2.
