On November 16, 2011, Kelly Services, Inc. (“the Company”) announced that the Company has acquired
Tradição Tecnologia e Serviços Ltda. (“Tradição”), a top national service provider in Brazil. The
acquisition of Tradição, which includes 12 branch offices, is not expected to have a material
impact on 2011 earnings from operations or cash flows. A copy of the press release is attached as
exhibit 99.1 herein.
