Effective at 5:00 p.m. PST, November 17, 2011, Thomas Puzzo will have resigned as a Secretary and a Director of Green Carbon Technologies Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Puzzo has no disagreements with the Company in connection with his resignation as an officer and director. Mr. Puzzo holds no other offices of or positions in the Company. Additionally, Mr. Puzzo is resigning as counsel to the Company effective November 17, 2011
