Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 16, 2011, PetSmart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the third quarter ended October 30, 2011, entitled “ PETSMART REPORTS RESULTS FOR THE THIRD QUARTER 2011.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
